We constantly are asked some frequent questions that we hope we can answer below.

  • Do you have a shop I can bring my RV to?
    • We are a fully mobile service designed to come to your RV's location whether it be a campground, your residence or storage facility.

 

  • What is Blue Ridge RV's warranty?
    • Blue Ridge RV offers an industry standard 90 day from date of service warranty of all workmanship. We use OEM recommended parts and will operate under their warranty guidelines as indicated.

 

  • Will you install parts that I bought?
    • Yes, we are more than happy to assist you in installation of items purchased at your discretion. While our workmanship warranty remains on installations, if the item in question is not OEM we can not warranty the item itself and removal, returns/exchanges, and new installations will be billed to the customer.

 

  • Do you perform structural work?
    • While we are happy to help in any way we can, with being fully mobile we simply do not have the means of being equipped to tackle large scale structural projects involving items such as walls, floors, roofs, and frames.

 

  • What is your service area?
    • While we do not have a defined service area, we tend to operate within 60 miles of Page County, Va. Requests for work outside of this area will be approved on a case by case basis and require further out scheduling to accommodate for the travel/service call time.
